Back to School Bash Volunteering
We need dedicated volunteers to help make our Back to School 2025 event a success! On July 26, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM, we will be providing 550 children in Santa Fe & Hitchcock with essential school supplies, backpacks, Adidas shoes, and personal care kits.
Your time and effort will help ensure every child receives their items smoothly and with a smile!
Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup Crew – Help organize supplies, set up tables, and prepare for distribution.
Check-In & Registration – Greet families, verify registrations and guide them through the event.
Supply Distribution – Assist in handing out backpacks, school supplies, and shoes to children.
Personal Care Kit Station – Distribute hygiene kits and ensure every child receives the right items.
Floaters & Assistance – Provide general help wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly
Cleanup Crew – Help break down tables, pack up remaining items, and leave the space spotless.
