OUR STORY

In the summer of 1990, a group of lay persons joined together to look at ways to meet the needs of the people in the Hitchcock and Santa Fe I.S.D. areas. Thus began H.I.S. Ministries. It all started with Nine churches joining together to sponsor H.I.S Ministries, we have been blessed to have had a greater amount of churches joining our cause since then. H.I.S Ministries had opened the one and only self sustaining fund source Re-Sale Shop in the area. Its purpose has always been to help supply funds to buy food and other items needed by clients in our community and it continues to do so today.
